News Flash: Hi Everyone,
Just thought you'd like to know that we are delighted to have appointed a new drummer!
His name is Jamie Fisher, he's 27 and he's from Kingston (Surrey, that is). We had a lot of applicants, but we finished up auditioning only 2 and Jamie was clear winner. To be honest, we were completely stunned by his performance, he is an awesome drummer.
Jamie also plays with an excellent prog/fusion instrumental band called Sphere, and if you want to hear his work with them, there are some interesting samples at the Sphere webpage:

After Nige's farewell gigs in December we will be taking some time to rehearse but have no fear - ReGenesis will be back next year, and we are confident the new lineup will deliver new heights!

All the best,

Doug

ReGenesis sent this message in September:
It is my sad duty to inform you...
After more then 5 years of drumming for ReGenesis, Nigel has finally decided to vacate the position and go in search of pastures new. He will be a huge loss to the band. Nige will be leaving at the end of the year.
The rest of us would like to keep going if at all possible - but as with Glyn's departure a year ago, we are only interested if we can equal or even improve on the standards we have achieved - anything less would be short changing the fans who have supported us over the years. So the search is on! If there are any drummers out there who want to apply, please check the webpage for details as we will shortly be putting some details up for how to go about it .
I hope as many of you as possible can come to the December dates to say goodbye to Nige.
Cheers,
Doug (keyboards, ReGenesis).
